Customer Service Officer (CSO) | Prospect & Ingle Farm SA

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and making them feel welcome

• Attending to all counter and telephone enquiries

• Reception & General Administration duties (eg making appointments, processing claims, data entry)

• Encouraging clients to use and demonstrating 'Hearing Self-Test Unit'

• Identifying clients' needs and offering recommendations on Assistive Listening Devices (ALD's) and other accessories (limited to knowledge abilities)

• Conducting minor repairs & servicing

• Assisting Clinician's with required clinical services/claims etc
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Passionate & motivated for a Customer Service role

• Exceptional communication skills & strong work ethic

• Excellent time management & organisational skills

• Friendly, enthusiastic & polite manner

• Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new systems

• Industry CSO experience (would be ideal, but not necessarily mandatory)
  

Benefits

• Full Time – 4 days per week (across 2x sites)

• Wednesdays (Prospect) 9.00am - 5.30pm
  Thursdays (Prospect) 9.00am - 5.30pm
  Fridays (Prospect) 9.00am - 5.30pm
  Saturdays (Ingle Farm) 9.00am - 4.30pm

• Willingness to cover additional hours (covering leave) as required

• Comprehensive inducting & ongoing training as required

Hearing Aid Specialists SA provides hearing assessment for private clients, pensioners, DVA veterans, work cover and pre-employment. Our company is accredited by the Hearing Services Program (HSP) to provide free hearing aids for pensioners and veterans. Private clients and self-funded retirees are also welcome.  Hearing Aid Specialists SA has permanent clinics located in North Adelaide (North Adelaide Village), Ingle Farm (Ingle Farm Plaza), Edwardstown (Castle Plaza Shopping Centre) & Prospect (Prospect Central Shopping Centre), Pasadena (Pasadena Shopping Centre), Munno Para (Munno Para Shopping Centre) and visiting clinics located in Golden Grove, Gawler, St Agnes, Moonta, Angle Park & West Lakes
