In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio, working alongside experienced professionals to deliver exceptional service and results. What you’ll bring:
✔ Strong communication and organisational skills
✔ A proactive, team-oriented attitude
✔ Experience in commercial property
✔ Property management licence (or willingness to obtain – we’ll cover the cost!)
  
What you’ll do:

• Coordinate tenant work requests, liaise with contractors, and organise quotes
• Process invoices and assist with financial reporting
• Prepare monthly management reports and annual budgets
• Support lease management, rent reviews, and debt collection
