What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead, mentor, and develop your Ops, Area, and Store Managers to deliver exceptional results.

• Build and execute strategies that grow sales, lift KPIs, and drive profitability.

• Champion world-class VM, customer experience, and team culture.

• Collaborate nationally to share ideas, challenge the norm, and stay ahead of the competition.

• Manage wages, expenses, and stock levels to maximise performance.

• Plan and deliver exciting new store openings.

 About You:
5+ years experience as a State Manager or senior retail leader.

• Proven success in driving sales, lifting KPIs, and leading large teams.

• Strong commercial and financial skills — you know your numbers.

• Passionate, positive, and solutions-focused with a ‘make it happen’ mindset.

• A natural people leader who inspires, engages, and develops talent.

• Flexibility to travel and a valid driver’s license.
