Stores Person - Afternoon Shift

Direct Personnel are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson to join a well-established distribution operation on the Gold Coast.

This is a hands-on stores role where you'll be involved across the full warehouse operation – from receiving and stock control through to picking, dispatch and loading. If you're organised, reliable and like keeping things moving, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Receiving, checking and storing incoming stock
• Picking and issuing stock to meet daily dispatch requirements
• Maintaining accurate stock locations and investigating discrepancies
• Completing cycle counts and assisting with stocktakes
• Loading and unloading vehicles as required
• Keeping warehouse areas organised, tidy and safe
• Assisting across general warehouse operations when needed

What We Need from You

• Previous warehouse, stores or distribution experience
• Forklift Licence advantageous
• MR Licence highly regarded, but not essential
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Good attention to detail with stock and paperwork
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
• Full Australian working rights
