In this role, you will:

• Build and manage your own pipeline of residential lending clients

• Provide tailored lending solutions across owner-occupied, investment, refinancing, and construction loans

• Guide clients through the end-to-end loan process

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and lenders

• Deliver exceptional customer service and advice throughout the client journey

• Actively grow your personal brand and business within the market

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Broker or Loan Writer

• Relevant industry qualifications and lender accreditations

• A strong understanding of residential lending products and policies

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

• A proactive and self-motivated approach to business development

• The drive to build a sustainable and successful broking business
