Community Physiotherapist – Caboolture, Chermside, North Lakes, Redcliffe

Health Next Door is a growing mobile physiotherapy provider delivering services across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, directly to clients in their homes and community settings.

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Community Physiotherapist to join our North Brisbane network and provide high-quality mobile physiotherapy to clients across Caboolture, Chermside, North Lakes, Redcliffe and surrounding areas.

This is a flexible contractor opportunity suited to physiotherapists who enjoy working independently and want greater flexibility over their workload.

• Provide physiotherapy assessments and treatment in clients' homes and community settings

• Develop individualised treatment and management plans

• Support clients to improve mobility, independence and quality of life

• Complete clinical documentation and reports as required

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, support workers and other healthcare professionals

• Manage your own schedule and travel between clients

• Provide professional, client-centred care

• AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist

• Experience in community, NDIS or mobile physiotherapy is highly regarded

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• Professional and reliable approach to client care

You must have, or be willing to obtain, the following:

• Certificate of Currency – Workers' Compensation Insurance

• Certificate of Currency – Public & Product Liability Insurance

• Certificate of Currency – Professional Indemnity Insurance

• National Police Check

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Working with Children Check (WWCC)

• $117–$174.59 per hour, depending on the service and experience

• Flexible contractor arrangement

• Work close to home within your preferred service area

• Variety of clients and clinical presentations

• Administrative and operational support from the HND team
