Concrete Plant Batcher

An opportunity has become available at Superior Mini Mix for an experienced Concrete Batcher to support concrete operations for our Ingleburn based concrete plant.

This position is full-time, Monday to Friday. Overtime and Saturday work is available in line with business and supply needs.

This role would best suit someone who is flexible, has strong communication skills, strong leadership skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations. Previous batching experience will be an advantage. A front end loader ticket and HR licence is essential.

This role will require you to:

* Operate a loader fed concrete batch plant.

* Batch concrete.

* Allocate concrete deliveries each day to maximise efficiency.

* Assist with concrete plant maintainence.

* Maintain stock levels and place orders for raw materials.

* Comply with company policy and safe work practices.

* Demonstrate the ability to prioritise work effectively in an environment of constant change.

* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with our diverse customer base.

* Be confident working with computers and completing paperwork in a timely manner.
