The Energy & Resources (E&R) Program delivers impact and value to improve the safety, reliability, resilience and productivity of the energy, resources and telecommunications sectors in Australia and the Asia-Pacific Region.

The Customer Lead, under the direction of the Sector Leads, manages relationships with energy, resources and telecommunications customers. In partnership with other E&R team members and collaborating with a broad range of Bureau teams, the Customer Lead manages an assigned portfolio of enquiries, opportunities, products and projects.

The successful candidate will be an experienced and motivated customer engagement specialist with a strong track record of building deep and trusted relationships and delivering an outstanding experience for customers. An understanding of science and technology, operational forecasting and the Bureau's products and services is essential to succeed in this role. Experience in the energy, resources or telecommunications sector will be advantageous.

This position would suit an applicant with outstanding communication skills who has a high degree of initiative and ability to self-manage in a complex and dynamic environment.
