• Current registration with AHPRA as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (Div 2)
• Minimum 2 years experience as an Enrolled Nurse in residential aged care (must have)
• Current Victorian Working With Children Check (Employee version)
• Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
• Australian working rights
• Ability to pass a national police clearance / NDIS clearance
• Demonstrated experience with dementia care and palliative care support (priority)
• Excellence in decision making, critical analysis and on the spot problem solving
• Demonstrated abilities to delegate and prioritise in a fast paced environment with exemplary communication skills in a team and one on one interactions with all levels of care partners
• Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
