Centre Director - Early Education

Amaze Early Education is seeking an experienced and dedicated Centre Director to join our established team at Amaze Redbank Plains.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Childhood leader who is looking to step into a well-established service, support a committed team and provide consistent, nurturing leadership for our children and families.

We are particularly seeking someone with at least three years’ previous Centre Director experience in Queensland, who understands the operational, compliance and leadership requirements of a high-quality Early Childhood service.

As Centre Director, you will provide full-time leadership to support the team, children and families of our multi cultural service for the continued success and stability of the service.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading, mentoring and supporting an established Early Childhood team.

• Maintaining strong compliance, quality and child safety practices.

• Building trusted relationships with children, families and educators.

• Supporting inclusion and individualised practices for children with additional needs.

• Managing inclusion support processes and working collaboratively with families, educators and external professionals.

• Supporting educator capability and professional development.

• Leading the QIP and Assessment & Rating readiness.

• Managing staffing, operations, occupancy and service performance.

• Creating a calm, respectful and positive team culture.

You will bring:

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

• At least 3years' Centre Director experience in Queensland.

• Strong knowledge of the NQF, National Law and National Regulations.

• Proven leadership, mentoring and team development skills.

• Strong proven experience with inclusion support and individual support planning.

• Confidence working alongside families and external professionals to support children's needs.

• Strong compliance, organisational and operational skills.

• A calm, nurturing and solutions-focused leadership style.

• A genuine commitment to children, families and educators.

• Current Blue Card and required child safety training.

• Full Australian working rights.

Strong and proven experience with the 3A Abecedarian Approach, Bush Kindy and Reggio Emilia-inspired practice will be highly regarded.
