About Our Team:
The CAHS Safety, Quality and Performance team supports Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) services to maintain strong clinical governance, accreditation readiness, safety, quality and improvement systems. The team works across Perth Children's Hospital and Neonatology, Community Health and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services to support safe, high-quality, person-centred care for children, young people and families.
The team provides leadership, advice and coordination for external certification and accreditation processes, supports evidence management and standards monitoring, and works with staff, consumers and stakeholders to embed continuous improvement across CAHS.
Position Profile:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Accreditation to lead the coordination, delivery and continuous improvement of accreditation and quality systems across CAHS. Reporting to the Director Clinical Governance, Safety and Quality, you will provide strategic leadership in the planning, implementation and evaluation of accreditation, readiness and quality improvement activities across the health service.
In this role, you will manage the CAHS accreditation team and work closely with service areas, standard committees, senior managers and external stakeholders to strengthen accreditation readiness, governance processes, evidence management and compliance with the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS), National Safety and Quality Primary and Community Healthcare (NSQPCH) Standards and current accreditation requirements, including short notice assessment models.
