Caravan & Motorhome Repair Technician

We are looking for an experienced Caravan & Motorhome Repair Technician to join our skilled team on a full-time, permanent basis.

RNR Refinish is an industry-leading RV repair facility, specialising in premium caravan and motorhome repairs ranging from minor damage through to major structural and heavy-impact repairs. Our work includes insurance, fleet, manufacturer and specialist vehicle repairs.

• 12V electrical work

• Caravan servicing and maintenance

• Fault finding and problem solving

• Trade qualification and/or proven experience in caravan, motorhome or related repair work

• Experience working on caravans, motorhomes or similar recreational vehicles highly regarded

• Strong practical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Positive attitude and genuine team-first approach

• Ability to work efficiently within workshop processes and procedures

• Experience with workshop job management systems

• Valid Australian driver's licence
