Live Event Logistics is an Australian-based entertainment freight specialist operating across Music Touring, Festivals, Live Arts, TV, Theatre, Exhibitions, Live Broadcast, and Performance sectors.

We’re expanding and currently seeking a reliable, safety-focused Local Driver to join our team in Revesby, NSW.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Complete local deliveries primarily across Sydney using company vehicles - including vans, rigid trucks, and (where licensed) semi-trailers.

• From time to time, opportunities to travel interstate may be available for the right candidate.

• Safely handle a wide range of freight such as road cases, production equipment, theatre gear, and palletised goods.

• Operate tail lifts, pallet jacks, and perform hand loading/unloading as required, in addition to standard forklift collections.

• Maintain punctuality and efficiency in all pick-ups and deliveries within a fast-paced, time-critical environment.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and on-site contacts, representing Live Event Logistics with professionalism and reliability.

• Develop knowledge of regular collection and delivery sites, including access points and site-specific requirements.

• Ensure company vehicles are kept clean, tidy, and well-presented - including straps, load areas, and interiors - taking shared responsibility for maintaining team standards.

• Perform pre-start checks and vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with company safety policies.

• Complete all Proof of Deliveries (PODs) accurately and on time.

• Communicate clearly and consistently with the allocations and operations team to ensure smooth workflow throughout each day.

• Assist with warehouse tasks when required, including loading/unloading freight and palletising shipments.

• Demonstrate excellent customer service, professional presentation, and a positive, team-oriented attitude at all times.

• Load and secure freight safely and efficiently in line with company and industry standards.

• Clean driving record and strong commitment to safety and compliance

• Physically capable of performing manual handling and other physically demanding tasks as part of daily duties

• Excellent communication, time-management, and organisational skills

• Professional presentation and a positive, team-oriented attitude

• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or freight operations preferred
