What does the job look like?

We are seeking experienced HR Drivers to join our team, delivering beverages across metro Brisbane and surrounding areas including hotels, clubs, restaurants and bottle shops and other licenced venues. You will complete multi-drop deliveries, manual unloading and EPJ operation for our established valued customers. Hours will be Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm, with flexibility for daily overtime and weekend work as required during peak. Key areas:

• Driving to Linfox Safety Standards and ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus.
• Safely transport multi-drop beverage loads across Brisbane and surrounding areas, navigating hotels, pubs, clubs, restaurants, bottle shops, retail sites, and licensed venues throughout each day.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of CoR, road transport safety requirements, vehicle standards and prompt reporting of risks.
• Represent the business professionally through respectful communication, accurate deliveries, safe unloading, reliable service, and positive relationships with customers and colleagues each day.
• Take pride in delivering safe, efficient and professional service by building strong customer relationships.

Are you the one?

You can demonstrate:

• Hold current valid HR licence and demonstrate experience operating HR-class vehicles safely across multi-drop delivery routes and varied metropolitan customer locations each day without incident.
• Physically fit to safely perform manual hand unloading, operate electronic pallet jacks, and tailgate equipment.
• Demonstrate a strong safety record, consistent pre-starts, timely defect reporting, correct manual-handling techniques, fatigue management, and sound decisions that prevent incidents and injuries every day.
• Bring reliable attendance, punctuality, organisation, accountability, clear communication and a proactive attitude, while caring for vehicles, equipment, customers and the wider operational team every day.
• Previous experience in a similar or and/FMCG desirable due to the nature of the work. Ie Tight delivery windows.
