Site Supervisor

RCR Mining Technologies is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing Service Delivery Team. You will lead multi-discipline teams of OEM technicians and trades, delivering the safe and efficient execution of shutdowns, installations and overhauls of OEM fixed plant equipment across client sites in the Northwest, Southwest and interstate.

To make FIFO easier, RCR provides a shuttle service from Bunbury to the airport, removing the need to drive or manage airport parking and reducing fatigue.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety: Lead from the front through planning and execution, driving strong on-site safety standards

• Communication: Engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes

• Schedule: Plan and coordinate daily activities to meet safety, quality and schedule targets

• Quality: Monitor workmanship and technical compliance to OEM and client standards

About You

• Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication or Fixed & Mobile Plant Mechanic)

• Minimum 5 years' experience supervising trades teams in shutdown environments

• Specific mining industry shutdown supervision experience is required

• Strong safety leadership and coordination capability

• Section 26, White Card and WA Driver's Licence

• Working at Heights, Confined Space, Gas Test Atmospheres and First Fire Attack

• Must have Australian work authorisation rights
