Role Description The HR Support Officer (Australia Only) is a part-time, remote role focused on supporting core human resources operations for REBOOT Consultancy & Services. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with HR administration, maintaining employee records, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The role involves helping to develop and update job descriptions, coordinating basic recruitment support, and assisting with onboarding and orientation activities. The HR Support Officer will also help respond to employee queries, support employee relations processes, and collaborate with senior HR staff to ensure compliance with company guidelines and local regulations. This entry-level position offers exposure to HR practices within a growing technology and services environment and requires reliable internet access and the ability to work effectively from home within Australia.QualificationsFoundational Human Resources (HR) knowledge, including HR Management and HR Policies, and the ability to apply these in day-to-day operations.Understanding of Employee Relations, with the ability to support respectful, inclusive, and compliant workplace practices.Skills in Job Description Development, including the ability to assist in drafting and updating role profiles and basic HR documentation.Strong organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate remotely and respond clearly to employee and stakeholder inquiries.Comfort with digital tools and HR-related software; proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace and willingness to learn new systems.Entry-level experience or coursework in HR, Business, or a related field; a certificate, diploma, or degree in a relevant discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.Eligibility to work in Australia and ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet connectivity.
