We’re now looking for a hands-on Warehouse Coordinator / Lead Packer to help lead our Pick, Pack, Warehouse and Dispatch team.
The Opportunity
This role would be perfect for an experienced packer or warehouse team member who knows their way around a busy packing floor and is ready for the next step in their career.
You don’t need to know everything from day one. We’ll teach you our systems and support you as you build your leadership skills. What matters most is that you’re reliable, organised, confident taking initiative and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed.
This is still a hands-on role, so you’ll be packing alongside the team while also helping coordinate the day, answer questions, keep everyone moving and make sure our gifts leave the warehouse looking LVLY.
What you'll be doing:Acting as the Lead Packer and helping coordinate the daily packing and warehouse workflowAllocating team members across packing, preparation and warehouse tasksKeeping an eye on daily priorities, order volumes and dispatch deadlinesMaking sure orders are packed accurately, beautifully and on timeTraining new packers and helping the team learn different areas of the warehouseProviding friendly, practical coaching when someone needs supportCommunicating stock updates, process changes and daily priorities to the teamReceiving, storing, rotating and auditing stockCoordinating stock transfers and reporting damaged or missing stockHelping prepare boxes, jars and packing materials for daily productionSupporting driver collections and dispatchKeeping the warehouse safe, clean and organisedAssisting with toolbox meetings, safety audits and reportingStepping in to support the Operations Manager when required
During busy periods such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, you’ll help keep the floor calm, coordinated and moving. During quieter periods, you’ll continue working alongside the team while supporting warehouse tasks, training and improvements.
You'll be a great fit if you:Have experience working as a packer or in a warehouse, dispatch or operations environmentAre ready to take on more responsibility and develop your leadership skillsEnjoy working alongside the team and leading from the floorCan keep calm and organised when order volumes increaseCommunicate clearly and feel comfortable giving directionTake initiative and enjoy finding practical solutions to everyday challengesCare about accuracy, presentation and getting the small details rightAre reliable, positive and willing to learnUnderstand that great teamwork makes busy days much easier
Previous team-leading experience is helpful, but not essential. If you’re someone your teammates naturally come to for help or you enjoy keeping things organised and are ready to step up, we’d love to hear from you.
Experience operating a walkie stacker and a current First Aid Certificate would be beneficial, but are not essential.
