Bayton is a trusted provider of cleaning and facilities services across Australia, known for delivering quality, compliance, and care. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships and oversee service delivery across a diverse portfolio of contracts.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine strategic client management with operational oversight to ensure excellence across every site.

Our award winning company has grown to become one of Australia’s largest privately-owned cleaning companies. We currently provide cleaning and maintenance services to over 450 sites in NSW, QLD and VIC employing over 1000 dedicated cleaning specialists.
The RoleThis position is responsible for the operational management of a portfolio of 25+ sites across the Greater Sydney region, including aged care and health environments.
You will be accountable for:
Managing day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple sites
Leading, supervising and supporting a workforce of cleaning staff
Ensuring all SLA, KPI and QEHS requirements are achieved
Conducting regular site audits and quality inspections
Troubleshooting operational issues and implementing corrective actions
Managing client relationships to ensure service excellence
Monitoring labour, consumables and site budgets
Approving timesheets and managing workforce planning
Managing subcontractors and service providers
Allocating machinery and equipment across sites
Ensuring strict compliance with WHS and infection control standards
This role requires regular travel across the region and occasional out-of-hours work.
Essential RequirementsMinimum 2 years’ experience in a Cleaning Operations / Account Manager role
Proven experience managing multi-site cleaning contracts
Cleaning industry experience is essential
Experience in Aged Care cleaning highly regarded
Strong understanding of SLA delivery and compliance reporting
Experience managing large cleaning teams and labour budgets
WHS and quality audit experience
Strong client communication skills
Experience in aged care, health or high-compliance environments highly regarded
Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel
Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence
Australian Citizen or valid Right to Work
Full compliance with public health mandates
