Senior Document Controller

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Document Controller. This role requires experience on InEight and SharePoint.

The role requires the following essential skills   

 Required Skills:

1. Extensive experience in documentation and information management on large-scale projects.

2. Experience in managing document control / information management function and working for tier 1 head contractor organisation is highly desirable.

3. Strong experience on InEight (previously called: Teambinder), SharePoint, document repository, including process development, system configuration of permissions, folder structure and naming

4. Experience on security controls, to facilitate seamless collaboration within the various divisions of the organization.

5. Experience in requirements gathering to define procedure, process workflows, and systems.

6. Proven ability to engage and liaise effectively with large, multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders at all levels Sensitive. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also operating independently
