Trade Counter Customer Service Officer – Loganholme

About the Role

River Sands is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Trade Counter Customer Service Officer to join our Loganholme Trade Hub.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, understands the trade environment and is comfortable combining customer service, sales, administration, and possible warehouse duties.

You will be the first point of contact for our trade customers, providing friendly service and practical product advice to professional flooring, rendering, and wall contractors.

About You

We are looking for someone who is reliable, practical, and customer-focused, with the confidence to deal directly with professional tradespeople.

Ideally, you will have:

• A practical understanding of trade customers and their expectations.

• Confidence learning and discussing technical products and applications.

• Good computer skills and the ability to accurately process orders and invoices.

• A current Australian Driver Licence.

• A current LF High Risk Work Forklift Licence is highly desirable, but not essential for the right candidate.

• A willingness to work across Loganholme and occasionally support our Geebung and Nerang locations.

• A down-to-earth, dependable, and helpful approach.
