Retail, Operations & Customer Assistant | Small Business All-Rounder

This is a true hybrid role that keeps the days moving fast - no big corporate offices or strict processes! We're looking for someone keen to learn all things small business. Working closely with the father-son founders and another office staff, you'll start by mastering sales queries and customer support (email, phone and live chat), plus organising dispatches, stock, factory management and wide range of varied tasks in running a small business. Growing fast every year, there's a real potential to become an integral part of our small business and assist with growth and marketing plans too.

Who you are:

• Ready to start very soon, with an interview and casual paid trial days. Test before you commit!

• Friendly customer service skills (in-person, email, chat and phone) and excited to learn all aspects of running an e-commerce business

• Tech-savvy problem-solver who loves things organised

• Preferred: Office admin or customer support experience

• Bonus: Shopify, Canva, ERP or accounting experience

The role:

• 36 to 38 hours per week. Usual hours are Mon-Fri 8am-4pm (start/finish times flexible if needed) plus only 1 Saturday morning per month 9am-1pm, taking a weekday off to average down your hours.

• Full training provided! You'll start by mastering customer service (email, phone and live chat plus limited showroom sales), organising dispatches, stock, factory management and other varied tasks in running a small business

• For the right person, you'll also assist Daniel with business improvement and marketing - like streamlining logistics in the backend, producing new content (product photos, factory videos, graphics), website improvements, email marketing, Google & Meta ads, new product launches, social media, assisting with growth plans and more.
