• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in‑person

• Assist with enquiries, bookings, and general customer support

• Maintain accurate customer records

• Promote Mazda products and services

• Support the sales and service teams when needed

• Experience not necessary — excellent customer service is a must

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude

• Willingness to learn and grow

• Confidence using computers and learning new systems
