THE OPPORTUNITY:

Reporting to the Lead Document Controller, this role will be undertaking a range of document control activities in accordance with established company processes and procedures and play a key role in supporting the Company’s growth profile and project diversification and ensuring compliance across multiple project and company departments.

This is a permanent full-time role based at our beautiful West Perth office, near the City West train station.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, workflow, and distribute all incoming and outgoing data in accordance with established procedures.
• Generate transmittals
• Assist in the collation and distribution of tenders and RFQ’s within the tender module
• provide progress reporting
• Expedite the review and approval of documentation.
• Collaborate with various departments and suppliers to collect, review, and update related documents.
• Ensure ongoing education and training of the Document Management System to personnel
• Assist wider team members with system issues, document formation and other process requirements.
• Ensure all document management standards and best practices are followed
• Engagement with vendors, fabricators, and contractors

ABOUT YOU:

• 2-5 years experience in a document control role
• Previous experience with cloud-based project document management systems, Aconex experience an advantage.
• Strong Working Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, advance Excel and Word knowledge advantageous
• Ability to work across numerous tasks and maintain a high standard
• High level attention to detail
• An understanding of the construction and mining industry
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• You enjoy a varied workload, have strong time management skills and enjoy liaising with a wide variety of people.
