We are seeking a passionate and patient-focused Registered Nurses or Enrolled Nurses to join our friendly and supportive team, primarily working in our NewWorkHealth Clinic and across our Newstead Medical Centre. Multiple positions offered as permanent part-time or full time for the right candidates.

About the Role

You will play an important role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our doctors and clinical team across a range of general practice nursing activities, including:

• Immunisations and vaccinations

• Wound care and dressings

• Chronic disease management and care planning

• Health assessments and preventive health initiatives

• Assisting with procedures and clinical treatments

• Patient education and health promotion

• NewWorkHealth will involve pre employment medicals

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Skin procedure experience beneficial

• Experience with completing pre employment medicals beneficial

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• A patient-centred approach and genuine passion for community healthcare

• Current Working with Vulnerable People registration (or ability to obtain)

• Satisfactory National Police Check

Previous experience in general practice nursing is highly regarded but not essential. We welcome applications from nurses looking to transition into primary care, and graduate nurses are encouraged to apply.
