Key Responsibilities

• Originate and negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with corporate and industrial offtakers
• Lead commercial input into EPC contracts, offtake agreements, and tolling arrangements
• Support financial close processes, including financial modelling and lender engagement
• Evaluate commercial viability of wind, solar, battery, and hydrogen projects
• Manage customer relationships and coordinate responses to PPA tenders
• Oversee internal commercial processes and liaise with legal, finance, and development teams
• Contribute to feasibility studies and due diligence for new investments and emerging technologies

Candidate Profile

• 8–12 years’ experience in commercial roles within renewable energy, infrastructure, or utilities
• Strong background in project finance and financial modelling
• Solid understanding of contract structures, ideally with a foundation in law or legal review (EPC, PPA, offtake)
• Proven track record in negotiating and closing PPAs and supporting financial close
• Experience with battery tolling models and hydrogen commercialisation is highly regarded
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
