Willunga Golf Course is looking for a dependable Cook to take charge of our kitchen during our peak morning shifts on Fridays and Saturdays. About the Role: You will be responsible for preparing and serving quality breakfast and lunch items to golfers and visitors heading off or wrapping up their rounds. This is a straightforward, short-order role perfect for someone seeking consistent weekend morning hours.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items (e.g., bacon & egg rolls, burgers, toasted sandwiches, chips, and daily specials) in a timely manner. Manage prep work to ensure seamless service during morning rushes.

Maintain strict standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and workplace cleanliness. Monitor stock levels for weekend service and notify management of reordering needs. Handle occasional front-of-house customer interactions with a friendly, welcoming attitude.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in short-order cooking, café, or kitchen operations. Valid Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain one). Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently.
