SLAB CULTURE - Part-Time Showroom Consultant and Administration Support

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and approachable Showroom consultant & Administration support to join our team for 4 days per week, Tuesday to Friday. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our showroom for booked clients. While our dedicated receptionist handles general inbound calls, your focus will be on guiding clients through their project journey—from the initial brief to the final design proposal. Whether you are hosting clients in our showroom or jumping on a Zoom call with homeowners across the country, you will play a crucial role in bringing their vision to life.

Key responsibilities

• Host in-store showroom bookings and conduct online Zoom consultations for interstate clients

• Take detailed project briefs, liaise with our design team, and prepare quotes and design proposals

• Prepare and send invoices, order stock, and manage booking schedules

• Manage outbound calls to follow up with clients and confirm bookings

About you

• You have a positive, can-do approach and a genuine willingness to learn and grow with our business

• A background or strong interest in interior design or construction is highly regarded

• Comfortable jumping on Zoom calls, navigating quoting software, and ideally experience using Xero.

• You are confident, friendly, and professional when speaking with homeowners.

• Hours: Part-time, 4 days per week.

• Tuesday to Friday 8 am - 4.30pm.

• Location: On-site at our Slab Culture showroom, 301 Townsend St, South Albury
