Studio Manager

We're on the lookout for an exceptional Pilates Studio Manager who truly embodies The Loft lifestyle. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced Pilates instructor who is passionate about movement, people, and creating an outstanding studio experience.

You're not just a manager - you're a leader, mentor, and motivator. Someone who inspires both clients and team members, leads by example, and ensures the studio runs seamlessly day to day.

• An experienced Pilates instructor (minimum 3 years teaching experience)

• Must hold both mat and reformer Pilates certifications

• Passionate about helping clients move better and feel their best

• Naturally approachable, supportive, and motivating

• A confident problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Open-minded, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement

• Tech-savvy with strong computer skills

• Experience with booking systems is helpful, but not essential

Staff Management

• Hiring, onboarding, and training front desk staff and instructors

• Managing rosters and ensuring payroll accuracy

• Ensuring team satisfaction with class schedules and front desk shifts

• Covering last-minute schedule changes or assisting with finding covers

• Providing continuous training and constructive feedback to instructors after attending classes

• Ensuring front desk and reception staff consistently deliver positive, professional communication with clients

Studio Management

• Overseeing the daily upkeep of mat and reformer studios

• Ensuring studio cleanliness at all times and directing staff where attention is needed

• Leading by example to drive strong performance and continuous improvement

• Overseeing cleaning and maintenance of the ice bath and sauna

• Brainstorming and implementing ways to improve systems, processes, and efficiency

• Collaborating closely with the management team to solve challenges and improve operations

Client Experience

• Ensuring a seamless, high-quality client journey from start to finish

• Actively listening to client feedback and implementing thoughtful solutions

• Prioritising client satisfaction in every interaction

• Anticipating client needs and consistently exceeding expectations
