Dental Receptionist

Dental Implants & Aesthetics (DIA) is a specialist dental practice on the Gold Coast, built around prosthodontics, periodontics, implant surgery and All-on-X treatment. We help people regain confidence in their smile through considered, transformational dentistry, and we back that with a team who take real pride in the results we achieve together.

We are looking for an experienced dental receptionist to run front of house at our Southport & Tugun practices. This role suits someone who already understands how a specialist dental practice operates: you will coordinate a busy schedule across prosthodontics, periodontics and implant surgery, and be confident on the phone from day one.

• Greeting patients and managing a busy reception across our Southport & Tugun practices
• Booking, rescheduling and confirming patient appointments in Dental for Windows (D4W)
• Managing phone and email enquiries with a confident, professional manner
• Processing patient payments, invoices and receipts
• Coordinating scheduling with our prosthodontists, periodontists and implant surgery team
• Maintaining patient records, recalls and laboratory work tracking
• Supporting daily banking, Medicare and DVA processing, and reporting tasks

What we're looking for

Essential

• Previous dental assisting experience
• A confident, professional phone manner
• Experience using Dental for Windows (D4W)
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy front desk
• Availability Monday to Thursday, 7.30am to 5.30pm, with flexibility across Southport and Tugun

Preferred

• Experience working in a specialist dental clinic (prosthodontics, periodontics, implant surgery or All-on-X)
