Multi-System Driver – HR | Northgate

Northgate | $41.21/hr + penalties | 3–6 Month Assignment | Potential Permanent Opportunity

We are currently seeking 2 x experienced Multi-System Drivers to join a busy waste operation in Northgate.

This is a relief driver position, covering both Front Lift and Rear Lift runs, so flexibility is essential. Waste industry experience is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate.

• Monday to Friday
• Shift start times can vary between 4:30am and 2:30pm
• $41.21 per hour + applicable penalties
• 3–6 month assignment with opportunity to extend or transition to permanent
• Relief driving across Front Lift and Rear Lift runs
• Based in Northgate

• Safely operate HR vehicles and waste collection equipment
• Complete Front Lift and Rear Lift collection runs as required
• Operate lifting equipment to safely load and unload commercial and industrial waste
• Conduct daily vehicle and equipment safety checks
• Maintain a high standard of vehicle cleanliness and presentation
• Follow all company safety, operational and environmental procedures

• Current HR Licence
• Minimum 2 years' HR driving experience
• Waste industry experience highly regarded but not essential
• Physically fit and comfortable pushing, pulling and handling bins
• Strong safety focus and reliable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing runs and start times
• Mechanical aptitude is advantageous
