Our team is growing and we currently seeking people to join us in the position of Rostering & Administration Coordinator at our location at Melbourne Airport, employed on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). 

This position reports to the Operations Manager and provides administrative support for the day-to-day operation, including rostering, employee records, purchasing, uniforms, meetings, reporting, and compliance documentation. The role supports recruitment, training, and client requirements while maintaining confidentiality, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards, and delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

The Position:

• Have previous experience in an administrative or operations support role within a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and confident using business systems and databases
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Show initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Have strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving while supporting operational compliance and business objectives

In addition to this, the successful candidate would favourably have experience in rostering and using UKG or similar.

Minimum Criteria:

• Ability to successfully pass Drug screening and Medical assessments
• Ability to obtain an ASIC (Criminal history clearance)
• Hold an unrestricted licence and have own reliable vehicle
