Cabinet Maker – Custom Joinery, Exhibitions & Vehicle Fit-Outs

Exposure Group is one of Australia's leading creators of branded environments. From our purpose-built manufacturing facility in Seven Hills, we design and manufacture custom exhibition stands, commercial joinery, retail displays, promotional vehicles and brand activations for many of Australia's leading brands.

No two projects are the same. One week you might be building a premium retail display, the next a mobile training unit, exhibition stand, promotional vehicle or bespoke commercial interior.

As our business continues to grow, we're expanding our production team and are looking for qualified Cabinet Makers who take pride in their craftsmanship and enjoy working on diverse, high-quality custom projects.

About the Role

Working as part of our experienced production team, you'll manufacture a wide variety of custom projects, including:

• Commercial joinery

• Exhibition stands and displays

• Retail fixtures and point-of-sale displays

• Reception counters and bespoke furniture

• Promotional vehicles, trailers and mobile fit-outs

• Solid surface fabrication (Corian®, Meganite® etc.)

• Laminates, veneers, solid timber and specialty finishes

This is primarily a workshop-based role, with opportunities to travel throughout Australia assisting with installations.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Qualified Cabinet Maker / Joiner

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Reliable with a positive, team-focused attitude

Highly Regarded

Experience in any of the following will be advantageous:

• CNC machinery

• Panel saws and edge banders

• Corian® and solid surface fabrication

• Vehicle or caravan fit-outs

• Exhibition or retail display manufacturing

• Commercial fit-outs

• Welding or metal fabrication

• Spray painting and specialist finishes

• Forklift licence

• White Card

• Working at Heights / EWP

• LR, MR or HR driver's licence

• First Aid
