Operations Supervisor

The Role

As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our PM operations.

Your focus will be to drive operational excellence by managing and controlling aspects of the operations whilst developing and influencing positive team outcomes. Comprehensive knowledge and experience in the areas of operations/logistics, sales, industrial relations, and contemporary leadership principles are important.

Key Responsibilities

Manages and oversees the work of vendors, fostering collaboration and ensuring team's adherence to agreements and deadlinesProvides guidance, support and development opportunities to the team to optimize individual and team effectivenessSupervises daily operations, resolving issues and identifying opportunities for improvementCollaborates with internal management to align operational goals and address strategic prioritiesMaintains open and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, addressing concerns and fostering positive relationshipsGenerates operational reports and presents findings to management, articulating successes and areas of opportunity

About You

Experience in an operations environmentProficiency in operational technology and toolsTrack record of driving continuous improvement and achieving resultsExcellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environmentDemonstrated experience in training, coaching, and team managementPeople management experience, preferably in operations.
