Service Advisor

About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Service Department. As the first point of contact for our service customers, you'll coordinate bookings, liaise with our workshop, manage warranty administration and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Being the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone

• Checking customers in and out for service appointments

• Booking customer caravans for servicing, repairs and warranty work

• Preparing and managing repair orders

• Coordinating and ordering parts required for upcoming service bookings

• Liaising with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently

• Processing customer, warranty and insurance repair orders

• Managing customer invoicing and payments

• Administering Jayco warranty claims and reconciliations

• Monitoring outstanding warranty claims

• Following up customers throughout the repair process

About you

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Warranty Administrator or in a similar customer service role

• Strong administration and organisational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail

• The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

• A current driver's licence

• Experience using dealership or workshop management systems (desirable)

• Experience in the caravan, automotive, recreational vehicle or service industry will be highly regarded but is not essential
