About the role

We are currently seeking experienced mechanical & BMS site foreman and electricians to join our professional team here in Melbourne. Our speciality is mechanical-electrical and building management system installations.

• Able to work in a team environment, but also manage project tasks independently

• Be the main contact on site , responsible for managing tasks set by the PM

• Melbourne greater area

• Full time position

Skills and experience

• Proven and recent work history in residential & commercial construction

• Experience in mechanical-electrical/HVAC and building automation

• Exposure to BMS installation

• Working with VSDs

• Experience with HVAC equipment ( AHUs, Chillers ,Pumps etc)

• Pre commissioning and commissioning experience is a bonus

• BMS Network / Front end experience is a bonus

• MVCD , Fire damper set up and testing experience

• Great work ethic, enthusiastic and pride in your work

• Construction Industry White Card

• Excellent communication skills

• Must have own tools

• Good Communicator !
