Production Team Member

Gold Gourmet Foods is a family-owned Australian food manufacturer that has been producing premium gourmet food products for over 40 years.

We pride ourselves on quality, consistency and looking after our team. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable team member to join our production team.

We're not looking for someone who knows everything. We're looking for someone with the right attitude who wants to learn, contribute, progress and build a long-term career.

This is a hands-on production role working as part of a small, supportive team in our food manufacturing facility.

No two days are exactly the same, so you'll enjoy variety and be willing to help wherever needed to keep production running efficiently.

• Operating food processing and packaging equipment

• Preparing and batching ingredients

• Filling, packing and palletising finished products

• Cleaning production equipment and work areas

• Following food safety, quality and hygiene procedures

• Working with the team to meet daily production schedules

• Assisting with general production duties as required

We're looking for someone who:

• Has potential to progress into supervisory position

• Has a great attitude and strong work ethic

• Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work

• Enjoys hands-on, physical work

• Works well in a team

• Is willing to learn new skills

• Can follow procedures and pay attention to detail

• Wants a stable, long-term position

Previous food manufacturing experience is welcome but not essential. We are happy to train the right person.

A forklift licence is an advantage, but not essential.

• Ability to lift products of up to 25kg

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Start times range between 5:00am and 7:00am, Monday to Friday

• Permanent Australian working rights

• Full-time, permanent employment

• Monday to Friday – no weekend work
