The Opportunity

With a strong pipeline of work across North Queensland, we're seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our high-performing project teams.

Current Opportunities Include

Backhoe OperatorsBobcat OperatorsMini Excavator Operators (5 Tonne)

Working across urban development and civil infrastructure projects, you'll play a vital role in delivering quality outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on safety, productivity and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Operate plant and machinery safely and efficientlySupport civil construction and urban development project deliveryComplete works in line with project specifications and schedulesMaintain equipment and conduct pre-start inspectionsWork collaboratively with site teams and supervisorsAdhere to all safety, environmental and quality requirements

About You

We're looking for operators who have:

Minimum 5 years' machine operating experienceRelevant machine operator tickets and licencesCurrent Driver's LicenceConstruction White CardStrong safety awareness and commitment to complianceA positive attitude and strong work ethicThe ability to work effectively within a team environment

Highly Regarded

Previous experience on civil construction projectsExperience working on urban development and infrastructure projects
