Casual Gaming Attendant / TAB / Bar Staff

We’re looking for an experienced Casual Gaming Attendant / TAB / Bar Staff member to join our team at Grosvenor Hotel in St Kilda East.

This role requires someone who can confidently step in and hit the ground running, so previous gaming, TAB and bar experience is essential.

You’ll work across our gaming room, TAB and bar, providing friendly and efficient service while ensuring all gaming and responsible service requirements are followed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Gaming room operations and customer service

• TAB operations and processing bets

• TITO gaming operations

• Bar service

• Cash handling and balancing

• Maintaining a clean and welcoming venue

• Ensuring responsible gaming and responsible service requirements are followed

To be considered, you must have:

• Previous experience working in a gaming venue

• Current Victorian RSG modules

• TAB Basics or TAB Advanced

• Gaming TITO experience

• Current RSA

• Strong customer service skills

• Confidence working across gaming, TAB and bar

• Availability for casual shifts, including nights and weekends

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

As this is an experienced position, we're looking for someone who is already confident with gaming and TAB operations and requires minimal training.
