Our Finance team is a growth engine for the business. We provide the insight, governance and commercial partnership that help our project teams make confident decisions, manage risk and deliver strong outcomes. 

You’ll play a key role in:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be a trusted link between Finance and our Production teams. You will bring financial visibility to active projects, support sound commercial decisions and help ensure our project teams have the tools, information and guidance they need to deliver with confidence.

• Provide Jobpac support and assist with system training for project teams
• Monitor client invoicing, progress claims and payment collection
• Review daily liquidity, pending invoices and subcontractor or supplier claims
• Prepare weekly overdue reports for debtors, client security and pending invoices
• Support the financial close-out of projects and manage non-job projects
• Assist with month-end workpapers, cost reports and production financial reporting

What you’ll bring:
You are detail-focused, commercially aware and enjoy working alongside operational teams in a fast-paced project environment. You can translate financial information into practical support and build credibility through a responsive, considered approach.

• At least two years’ construction project management experience
• Demonstrated understanding of project cost reporting principles
• Strong working knowledge of Jobpac and Microsoft Excel
• Experience supporting financial reporting, cash management or project administration
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through
• A collaborative and respectful approach to building trusted relationships
• A positive, accountable mindset and willingness to improve how we work
