Senior DevOps Engineer

The Platform Engineering team is a recently established function at Greenstone designed to drive our transformation toward Agile methodologies, modern AI-supported engineering practices, and technology modernization. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will enable stream-aligned teams by defining patterns and standards ("golden paths"), building automated infrastructure, and championing an exceptional developer experience.

This Will Be Achieved Through

AWS Landing Zone: Implement and validate enterprise landing zone capabilities using AWS Landing Zone Accelerator and AWS Control Tower patternsInfrastructure as Code: Translate AWS 3.0 architecture decisions into deployable IaC modules, pipelines, configurations, and operational runbooksPolicy as Code: Implement and validate pre- and post-deployment assurance controls, exception handling, and compliance evidenceDesign Governance: Constructively challenge weak designs, unclear requirements, and manual "click-ops" operating models using evidence-based reasoningTeam Enablement: Lead solution designs with support from Staff/Principal Engineers, and mentor team members through collaborative pairing and hands-on leadership by example
