From rooftop tents and camping gear to recovery equipment, fridges and 12V accessories, our stores rely on efficient operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience. We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead our warehouse operations, inventory management and fulfilment team.

As our Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our retail warehouse by:

• Leading and developing a high-performing warehouse team.
• Managing inventory accuracy, stock movements and stock replenishment.
• Overseeing Click & Collect, order picking, packing and dispatch.
• Driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring warehouse safety, compliance and operational standards are maintained.
• Monitoring KPIs and implementing actions to improve team performance.
• Managing rostering in line with operational and trading demands.
• Working closely with the Retail Business Manager, Sales Manager and Store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Supporting merchandising standards and ensuring stock availability.

• Previous leadership experience in warehouse, retail operations or supply chain.
• Strong inventory and stock management experience.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach and develop others.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A focus on continuous improvement, safety and customer service.
