Residential Property Manager

The Prime Group is a diverse group of property and construction companies that specialise in developing, building, selling, marketing and managing of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Our property management division is expanding and is seeking an experienced residential property manager to join our team which has over 40 years of experience combined within the property industry.

We are seeking a property manager who passionate about residential property management and is wanting to be part of a qualified, experienced, supportive and dedicated team.

The Opportunity:

You’ll manage a small and well-maintained portfolio of residential properties north and/or south of Perth which comprises of villas, units and standalone homes.

Most of our properties are in clusters which allows for efficient, effective and streamlined management.

The role is hands on which ensure you have control of the portfolio and consists of leasing including home opens after hours, rent collection and arrears management, bond lodgement and release, routine inspections, property condition reports, bond inspections, lease expires and rent reviews, liaising with tenants regarding general queries, requests and maintenance items and ensuring our assets are maintained to a high standard.

You’ll be assisted by our approachable and experienced property management and accounts team.

This role is ideal from someone who takes pride in managing a residential portfolio to a high standard and is wanting a long-term career in property management.

Our Requirements:

To qualify for this role, we require you to have a valid property manager registration, WA driver’s licence and current national police clearance certificate.

We are seeking a property manager that has excellent communication skills both written and verbal, able to work independently, well organised and able to multitask and meet deadlines, delegate and problem solve, competent in using Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, Agent Admin and Ignite via realestate.com.au and has a sound understanding of relevant legislation governing residential property management to ensure legislative compliance at all times.
