About the role
As the face of Nupak Australia, you will be pivotal in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk activities, assisting in various administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless operation within the office.
Key responsibilities
Director of first impressions, you are the face of the business
Communicate and respond to customers in a timely manner
Providing customer service regarding accounts receivable and administrative queries
Collaborating effectively with team members across different departments
Processing sales orders to assist customers & team
About you
Strong Verbal and Written Communication: You have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Exceptional Customer Service Skills: You are approachable and responsive, handling inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude
Excellent Time Management: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure
Experience in reception and administrative roles
Proficient in MS Office
Experience in customer service and order processing
