Telecommunications Rigger

Titan Communications delivers quality turnkey mobile solutions across Queensland. In the last ten years we have experienced continued growth and as a result we are seeking a skilled Lead Telecommunications Riggers to join our team. 

Required experience, skills and competencies:

• 4+ years experience as a Telecommunications Rigger working on mobile base station technologies is essential.

• Basic rigging qualification required

• Working at Heights certification

• Tower rescue certification

• RF awareness certification

** Applicants must have Australian work rights.

Role responsibilities & required experience:

• Installing, testing and maintaining all types of telecommunications vendor equipment (e.g. Nokia and Ericsson equipment)

• Installing, commissioning and troubleshooting microwave radio equipment

• Installation and testing of antenna / feeder line systems

• Installing steel work at height

• Climbing and working at heights safely

• Understanding of site drawings

• Fault finding comprehension and resolution

• Ability to work with cranes and EWPs

• Maintaining and adhering to all policies, procedures and appropriate documentation
