Forklift Driver

About the role 

• Full time permanent role

• An attractive hourly rate

• Counterbalance forklift driving.

• Unload and load inbound and outbound freight. 

• Load restraint – opening and closing curtains and strapping freight onto heavy vehicles.

• opportunity for overtime and weekend work.

• Maintaining a safe working environment.

Applicants with previous experience of driving prong forklifts and machine operation would be highly desirable, but not essential.

Skills & Experience Required 

• Valid Forklift Licence (LF class) (a minimum of two years is required) 

• Possess a positive attitude and great work ethic.

• Be able to communicate effectively in a team environment.

• Reliable and punctual and available to work 5 days a week.

• Physically fit and able to lift between 15-20kg.

Past experience in logistics is a desirable but not a minimum requirement.
