About Hologram Zoo Brisbane

We are seeking friendly, reliable, mature-aged staff for Hologram Zoo, an immersive hologram entertainment centre featuring hologram tunnels, enclosures, theatres, and interactive 3D experiences.

 The role involves weekend work and school holiday shifts, with additional hours available during peak periods. The venue operates Saturdays and Sundays and daily during school holidays.

 Staff may also have opportunities to progress into broader roles within the company.

 What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Friendly and engaging customer service skills

• Clear and well-mannered communication

• A positive, humble, and team-focused attitude

• Confidence handling money and basic transactions

• Ability to stay calm and work efficiently during busy periods

• Initiative to identify and complete tasks without being prompted

• A Blue Card or ability to obtain one

 Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with ticketing, check-in, and enquiries in a friendly and professional manner

• Clearly explain the experience and support families and children during their visit

• Follow mandatory upselling processes, including birthday promotions and approved sales scripts

• Operate venue equipment and assist with session flow and crowd management

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the centre throughout the day

• Follow opening/closing procedures and report any issues or hazards

• Escalate complaints, refunds, and technical issues to management

• Work safely, follow procedures, and maintain a positive team attitude
