Medical Receptionist

About the role

Are you looking for a rewarding career opportunity? We are seeking another administrative team member to join our busy medical practice.

We are currently seeking 1x Permanent Part-Time employees to join our team, with approximately 20–30 hours per week available. The role will include 7:45am starts and 5:30pm finishes, as well as some Saturday work on a rotating basis.

You will be working with: 

• 2 full-time and up to 3 part-time doctors,

• 3 allied health professionals,

• A team of nursing staff,

• A team of medical receptionists and a practice manager.

Day-to-day you will be required to provide high levels of professionalism and excellent communication in a variety of administrative and customer service duties. 

Skills and experience

ESSENTIAL: Problem solving skills, Tech savvy, Communications skills, Compassion, Motivation, Diligence

DESIRED: Previous experience in a similar role or industry

Remuneration is calculated based on experience but is always above the award (HPSS 2020).
