About The Role
Based in Melbourne plan, develop and deliver content-led and client-led promotional campaigns across the KIIS and GOLD Networks, ensuring all activity is on-brand, on time and within budget.Coordinate and execute station promotions, survey tactics, content activations, events, client integrations and audience engagement initiatives that drive ratings, revenue and brand value.Collaborate with Content, Marketing and Commercial teams to create outstanding listener experiences and innovative campaign solutions.Manage campaign delivery from concept to execution, including briefs, budgets, job sheets, implementation plans and post-campaign reporting.Lead stakeholder meetings and provide clear campaign direction to content teams, on-air talent and internal partners.Monitor campaign performance and provide insights, optimisation recommendations and comprehensive reporting to internal stakeholders, clients and agencies.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, agencies, clients and internal teams to support successful campaign delivery.Ensure all promotions and campaigns meet legal, regulatory and company compliance requirements.
About You
Proven experience delivering successful integrated campaigns within radio, media, entertainment or a similar fast-paced environment.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, budgets and deadlines simultaneously.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work across content, commercial and client-facing teams.Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.Experience developing and executing cross-platform promotional campaigns that deliver audience and commercial outcomes.Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of execution.Experience with media industry systems and tools, including Microsoft Office, with Salesforce and Audata experience highly regarded.Minimum three years' experience in radio, media, promotions, marketing or a related industry.
