Senior Customer Service Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Part-Time Senior Customer Service Assistant to join our Yarra Valley team. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting the daily operations of our store.

Key responsibilities

• Stock management control, ensuring the accuracy of records and stock integrity

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone

• Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance with purchases to meet customer needs

• Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelving, displays, and merchandise presentation

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns promptly and efficiently

• Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and goals and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture

About you

• Previous stock management and retail customer experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems is an advantage

• Knowledge of Equestrian products and the industry is essential
