About the Role and What You'll Be Doing

• Join a fast-growing and dynamic rehabilitation provider where you'll apply your clinical expertise to help injured workers recover, rebuild, and return to meaningful employment.

• You'll carry a mixed caseload spanning functional assessments, workplace rehabilitation, and return-to-work planning, working closely with insurers, employers, treating practitioners, and allied health colleagues to deliver outcomes that genuinely change lives.

• You'll be supported by experienced leadership, a collaborative multidisciplinary team, and a culture built on clinical excellence and trust.

Qualifications & experience

• Experienced Rehabilitation Consultant with a minimum of one year of relevant experience

• Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehab Counsellor or Psychologist (with relevant professional membership)

• Strong report writing skills and attention to documentation quality

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across insurers, employers, and treating teams

• A proactive, self-directed work style with the ability to manage a varied caseload

• A genuine commitment to client-centred, outcomes-focused rehabilitation
